At Stern's Coffee, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened coffee within 14 days.

Return Process

    Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return request.

    Verification

    Our team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return according to food safety regulations and our quality standards.

  • 3.
    Shipping the Item

    Once approved, securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging and ship it back to our roastery at the address provided.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
